Service description
Fake Movie Trailer is a digital service that uses AI and other software to create short personalised movie trailers and related images, audio, voice-over, scripts, titles and graphics from the material and choices you provide. You must be at least 18 years old or have valid consent from an authorised guardian or representative.
Orders, payment and delivery
An order becomes binding when you complete checkout, accept these terms and click a button that clearly states the order creates a payment obligation. Prices, discounts, taxes, delivery information, withdrawal information and complaint rights are shown before purchase. Payment is normally handled by Stripe. Delivery is digital through the website, watch page, download link, email or another method shown at purchase.
Customer material and AI-generated content
You keep your rights in photos, voice recordings, prompts, names, titles and other material you provide, but grant us the rights needed to create and deliver your order, provide support and meet legal obligations. After full payment, and to the extent we can lawfully grant it, you receive a non-exclusive right to use the delivered generated material for private and commercial purposes. We do not guarantee that AI-generated material is unique, copyright-protected, exclusive or safe to use in every context without review.
Defects, complaints and liability
If delivery is delayed or the result has a defect, contact us as soon as possible and describe the issue. Where required by consumer law, correction or re-delivery is normally attempted first and other remedies may apply. To the extent mandatory law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, issues caused by customer material you had no right to use, or damage caused by using generated material without appropriate review. Nothing limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Withdrawal, disputes and governing law
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, but for digital content or services that right may end or be affected when you expressly consent to immediate delivery or performance and acknowledge the consequences. If you are unhappy, contact support@fakemovietrailer.com first. Consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) where applicable. These terms are governed by Swedish law without limiting mandatory consumer protection rules in your home country. We do not include an EU ODR platform link because that platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025.
