What we collect
We collect the information needed to create and deliver your trailer: uploaded photo, optional voice sample, prompts, trailer choices, custom title, generated assets, order and payment references, email address, language choice, IP address, technical logs, cookie choices, consent records and support messages.
Why we use it
We use personal data to perform the contract with you, process payment, deliver digital content, send transactional emails, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security and meet accounting or other legal obligations. Non-essential cookies and optional processing are used only where valid consent is obtained.
How long we keep it
Uploaded media, generated assets and cloned voice models are kept only as long as needed to provide the service, normally no longer than 30 days after the customer's last activity unless support, abuse prevention, legal claims or legal obligations require longer storage. Accounting and transaction records are kept as required by law, normally at least 7 years; support records may be kept up to 24 months, security logs normally up to 90 days, and consent or cookie logs normally up to 12 months.
Who we share data with
We use providers such as Stripe for payments, Resend for email, hosting and storage providers, AI and rendering providers, support tools, and analytics or cookie providers only where consent is required and given. We do not sell your photo, voice or generated trailer. Where providers process data for us, they should be bound by data processing terms; some providers may also act as independent controllers for their own legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local supervisory authority.
